Welcome to the Vitality Health Network! I want to thank you for joining the Network and to congratulate you also. I established the Vitality Health Network to assist people to get healthier – that is one part of my mission . The second part of my reason for creating the Vitality Health Network was to assist the healthcare providers to get more clients by finding practitioners to offer those services at a discount.

With your membership in the Vitality Health Network, I will assist you in building a larger client in several different ways that I will list below.

1. You will have your services advertised to a targeted group of thousands of health-conscious individuals who will want to do business with you since you are in the Network. We will advertise your business and the discount that you are offering.

2. I promise you a professional website that both the members and the providers will want to visit time after time for health-related information. In the near future, there will be links to your business’ website. The creator of this website will be happy to assist you in creating a web presence if you do not have one already.

3. I promise that I will provide VHN advertising and enrollment literature for you to give to your clients.

4. I promise that there will be a bi-weekly newsletter published on the Vitality Health Network website that will contain health education and will bring the members to the Vitality Health Network site so they can see your name and services provided. This e-zine will be sent via e-mail to everyone who has opted in to receive the e-zine from Vitality Health Network.

5. The more you are willing to give and share about your professional expertise and your business the more you will profit from your association with the Vitality Health Network. You can write articles on the VHN Community Blog, the bi-weekly newsletter, participate in the Health Fairs, be a speaker at associations and organizations that I will arrange for you.

6. Another service you may purchase is a banner ad (Featured Provider) on the Website. If you are interested in highlighting your business for all visitors to see, please call or contact me at 239.851.1846.

7. I will provide a Vitality Health Network decal for your front window or door so new clients know they are in the hands of a caring provider when they enter your doors. If you wish, I will supply you with 500 Vitality Health Network business cards with your business information on the cards. As a paid Network provider, you may use the logo on your print advertisements also.

8. The annual fee to be a Vitality Health Network provider is $300.00. If you would rather purchase a six (6) month membership, then the cost will be $200.00 for each 6 months. The annual and semi-annual memberships will renew automatically through PayPal. You must cancel in writing.

Compensation to you for being a Vitality Health Network provider:
As a provider member of Vitality Health Network, you will have the right to sell the individual membership to any one. You will certainly want to offer the membership to all of your clients. You will keep fifty percent of $50.00 annual fee of the individuals when they join the Network. You can see that you will profit when you offer and sell the Vitality Health Network membership to your clients. I will furnish a Word document for the most current provider list current each month (may be more often in the beginning when we will have a lot of providers joining each week.) You can print the brochures out for your check-out counter.  I would suggest that you send an e-mail, Tweet or post on Facebook that you have joined the Vitality Health Network. If you have a blog then you will want to blog about the fact you have joined the Vitality Health Network and invite your clients to come in soon to join!

I hope that you will join the Network as a member also and support the other vendors in the Network. If we all support each other in the Network we can become a significant source of new clients for each other! I envision a cohesive group of excellent health and wellness providers so when the Vitality Health Network name is mentioned in Lee County, people will feel very confident that you are in the top 10% of practitioners in the area.

Your Commitment to the Vitality Health Network
As a provider you agree to:
Offer a discount of your services to all Vitality Health Network members. You may change the offered discount at any time; however you must inform me of the changes so that the VHN website can be updated. The discount that you offer Vitality Health Network members must be equal or greater than any discount you offer to the general public. For example, if you offer a 10% discount to the general public the third Saturday of every month, then the discount offered to Vitality Health Network members would need to be a percentage off of their purchase at all times and 10% on the third Saturday of the month. If you offer a discount on a new client’s first visit to your office to the general public, then your Vitality Health Network discount can be no less than that offered discount.

To be a reputable practitioner or vendor who offers the highest quality of services and products to the clients of Vitality Health Network and all others.

To print out the brochure document (sent to you via e-mail) and place in your office so your clients have access to our brochure. You will offer and sell the Vitality Health Network membership opportunity to your clients. You may not give the memberships away free of charge except for the following situations:

1. You may give the VHN membership to your employees as a benefit.
2. You may give the VHN membership as a door prize gift but no more than 2 per month.

If you wish to show that you are a Vitality Health Network provider in your advertisements or on your business cards, I will retain the right to view and approve the advertisement or business card before publication.

If possible, you should participate in the scheduled Health Fairs. All current Vitality Health Network members and the general public will be invited to attend so that you can display information about your services. You can also sell the Vitality Health Network membership to people and they will be able to meet you and discuss your offered services. These Health Fair events will be advertised to the general public for greater attendance and they may be held in conjunction with other business networking groups for greater participation.
