As a provider, what happens when I sign up clients for the Network?
First, you collect $50.00 from your client for the annual membership. You will keep 50% of this fee ($25) and remit the remainder ($25) to Vitality Health Network, PO Box 07311, Fort Myers, FL 33919. The new member must complete an enrollment form with their personal information. You will need to send VHN the completed form and the fees as soon as possible so that we can mail them a membership card. VHN will send you a weekly invoice.

How do I get the completed enrollment to you?
There are two ways to send the enrollment forms. You may fax the form to 239.314-0265 or mail the form to Vitality Health Network, PO Box 07311, Fort Myers, FL 33919.

How will I know that a person is a VH Network member when they come to my office?
You should always ask to see the new clients’ Vitality Health Network membership card. Also you will need to verify that the card has not expired, as there is an annual enrollment fee, so the card is only good for 12 months from enrollment.

What type of discount do I have to offer VHN members?
The discount that you offer to a Network member must be equal to or greater than any discount that you offer to the general public. The idea is to obtain new patients/clients so you want to attract new clients in this economy where your services may be viewed as a luxury, not a necessity.

How can I be a featured provider?
The featured provider spots on the Vitality Health Network home page are paid advertisements. If you are interested in being a featured provider, please contact me at 239-851-1846.


Is there any thing I can do to get more exposure on the website?
Yes! I am always looking for any VHN provider to write a blog or an article for the e-letter. You can also submit some of the daily tips and you will be acknowledged as providing the tip of the day.

 

Why would I want to sell the Vitality Health Network membership to my current clients? They are already paying my current prices?
I understand that point of view, however, the idea behind you being a provider of the Vitality Health Network is to get additional clients. The best solution is having very happy customers! If you show your current clients that you have their health and wellness as your one number goal (by giving them the opportunity to receives lots of other health and wellness services at a discount) then they will reward you by possibly getting an extra treatment from you each month. Buying more products, or at the very least telling more people about what a great service you are offering.
